Fibromyalgia and Headaches

Headaches are a classic co-condition of Fibromyalgia more then 60% of people with Fibromyalgia suffer from headaches. There are a number of forms of headaches. Headaches are caused by several different things.

Types of Headaches:

Migraines - Migraines are the most severe because they cause many changes in the body.

- Dizzyness

- Change in smell

- Nausea / vomiting

- sensitivity to light and sound

- Loss of balance

- Blurred Vision

- Loss of appitite

Tension Headaches: Tension headaches are usually brought on by stress, sometimes they are triggered.

- Pain in the neck and back of the head

- light sensitivity

- Last for a few minutes- two weeks

Cluster Headaches: Cluster headaches are usually herditary . They can last anywhere from 1 day to 4 weeks. They usually occur at the same time each day, and come back to back.

May things can trigger headaches a few things are listed below:

1. stress

2. change in sleeping patterns

3. anxiety

4. Caffine

5. raise in blood pressure

6. raise in blood sugar

7. Run in families
