Fibromyalgia & Diabetes:Can the New Implantable Chip Save You Pain?

Posted Sep 29 2008 10:43pm

Coping with fibromyalgia is hard enough every day but if you have diabetes as well checking your sugar levels and dealing with generalized pain can be even more of a challenge!

So what about the new Implantable Glucose Sensors? Will they be a help or a hinder? According to news reports the company is trying to develop the proto-type for the device now; It is said that they hope to complete it within the next 6 months! They hope to have the device created within 3 years for use but just how effective do you think the device will be?

If you wish to make comments on your feelings about the device please reply. The device is suppose to be replaced every 6 months so how would you feel about going in every 6 months for a new implant?

Until next time,

Smiles,

Lisa
