Posted Oct 09 2009 10:00pm

There are many vitamins and minerals our bodies need to function from day to day. Suffers of Fibromyalgia are often at high risk for many of them and don’t know it. We often don’t think of them because our diet often provides enough to keep our bodies going. However sometimes other conditions & medications make it hard for our bodies to absorb the proper amounts we need daily.

Below is a list of Signs & Symptoms of some deficiencies often hard to detect:

Magnesium Deficiency:

Symptoms:

Muscle Cramps

Anxiety

Spasms

Irritability

Fatigue

Low Energy

Headaches

Sleep Disorders

Potassium Deficiency:

Symptoms:

Fatigue

Weakness

Nausea or Vomiting

Tingling or numbness in feet and hands

palpitations

Constipation

Severe Symptoms:

Low blood pressure

Confusion [hallucinations]

abnormal Heart Rhythms [arrhythmia]

Most of these symptoms can be seen in many other conditions which explains why they are frequently over looked. They can be detected early if you have a CBC done or a [Complex Blood Count] with a request from you doctor. Having a blood test twice a year can catch conditions often hard to diagnosis.
