De-Cluttering to Save Him in this World Because He Died to Save Me

I need to de-clutter.  I need to purge.  I am not only talking about stuff but about my head too.  There is entirely too much stuff in my head, in my house, and in my life.   Have you ever really de-cluttered all the worldly stuff from your mind and your life?  Have you ever just let go of it all and followed Him?  Think about it……seriously think about it.  Are you going to church and being a good Christian but still hanging on to our world and its stuff or are you acting like Jesus?

Have you read seven  by Jen Hatmaker? Have you read Radical  by David Platt?  Have your read  1000 Gifts  by Ann Voskamp?  Have you read Crazy Love  by Francis Chan? Have you read Interrupted  by Jen Hatmaker?  Have you read….oh there are so many.  So many books and others words that make me think and think hard.  And I have been doing much praying to know what I should be thinking but also more importantly…what I should be doing.

If you haven’t read any of these books then I highly recommend that you do.  I haven’t fully digested every thing about all of these books but God is doing something in me…stirring something inside of me.   I have no idea what yet but it is stirring.  I can feel it but I can’t put it into words or actions yet.

Let me know if you have read these books.  Let me know if you ever feel like you have just reached the maximum amount of stuff in your life and in your head?

All I know is He died to save me so why I am hanging on to tons of junk in my head and in my home.  I need to de-clutter my life and help to save Him in this world of ours.
