The fight with fibromyalgia is a constant struggle. Many of us are wondering when they will find better ways to treat fibromyalgia. I was reading the other day that there seems to be a link to Adrenal Fatigue   Syndrome and Fibromyalgia as well as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

The symptoms for Adrenal Fatigue are similar to those of CFS and Fibro. How true it is I cant say for sure all I know is that if there is a way to improve the symptoms without posing as a geniue pig for pharmaceutical companies I am all ears.

I am doing deeper research into this because I don’t want to give you the wrong information so keep posted and I will report my findings to you all!
