I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Myofascial Pain Syndrome, Degenerative Disc Disease. I had Anterior Cervical Disctectomy w/Fusion on C4-5, 5-6 & several, countless Epidural Injections on both neck & lower back to no avail. I've done every conservative treatment known to man (or woman!).. Now have new herniations on C 2-3, C6-7,  T1-2, L5-S1. Had Spine Stimulator implanted in 2008. I think that's enough??
