Hello peterbren,

I am sorry you suffer from Bi-Polar disorder.  It can be difficult, but when you have family and friends that offer support is makes it a bit easier.

I personally do not have Bi-Polar however, I have read up on the disorder and have learned about the challenges life brings you.  Keep your chin up and know there are people willing to listen and help.  May God guide you forever.

Hello Karen,

Thanks for the tip, I need to add more fruits and vegetables to my daily diet.  Fruits are so expensive and I don't eat that much so small meals are great for me.

I will definitely keep your email on me and when I am at home, I will write to you.  I am visiting my grandchildren right now.
