food poisoning or something more serious?

my 11 month old son and i have both had bouts of diarrhea and vomiting today. daddy is not feeling great either in the abdominal region but none of us have a fever or any body aches or anything to suggest that this might be something more serious than food poisoning. we all ate some week-old leftover chili last night. my vomiting was at 5 and 7am, baby boy at 5am and noon. he's running around pretty normal right now but had diarrhea about 30 minutes ago.
thoughts? suggestions?
