Swimming has always been my main fitness activity having been a former NCAA I swimmer along with on/off participation in USMS Master Swimming. A freelance writer, I also support my wife in her professional career and facilitate the academic development of our kids.  In addition to daily lap swimming, I try to squeeze in basic calisthenics, pull-ups, push-ups, walking, and some yoga (with my wife).
