I just stumbled upon this site after looking for someone to ask questions about umbilical cord blood to help our daughter who has autism.  We are desperately searching for where to go to get her stem cell therapy or how to possibly use the cord blood from out new baby to help her.  Can anyone point us in the right direction?  Could anyone email us if they have answers for us? 

Our son and family leave today for Costa Rica.  Our

grandson has autism and we are praying for a

recovery for him.   Your little Matthew has given
