What can be the cause of a pulse under my left eye associated with burning and itching from some tearing?

I have had this pulse under my left eye across the whole bag area for four days now and today my eye also started tearing a bit which caused it to burn and itch. When I look down with my eyes I can see the pulse in my sight. Any suggestions as to what can cause this? Thank you for any help.
