Reconstructive Cosmetic Plastic Surgery Procedures

Posted Jun 22 2010 11:55pm

Our practice manages problems from a small scar dismissed by others as nothing to disfigurement. We specialize in problems caused by previous aesthetic surgery.

There are a number of reasons that people are unsatisfied with their cosmetic surgery and come to us. These include poorly planned, overaggressive or unaesthetic surgery. They come to us with droops, scars, funny ripples, dimples, lumps or asymmetries. We are often called upon to correct these challenging cases. And after, the results are our greatest reward, particularly when they have been deemed by other surgeons as “unfixable”.

With reconstructive surgery and deep, hidden grafts, the face and eyes can be improved or restored.

We used enhanced healing techniques, including hyperbaric oxygen when necessary and other agents to help reduce and prevent scarring.

In the reconstructive part of the practice, Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Specialists also treats:

  • Blocked tear ducts in adults and children
  • Broken facial bones
  • Artificial eye implants and their problems
  • Eyes that bulge ( Thyroid eye disease )
  • Eyes that are sunken in (as with accidents)
  • Congenital and acquired defects of the face, eyelids and orbit
  • Facial paralysis

We would be happy to discuss your corrective surgical needs with you during an office consultation.

Examples of patients who have had these conditions under our management are depicted below.
