Hello! Hope your humpday has been beautiful :D THANK YOU to all of you for the running attire advice! I've got some shopping to do! What a tragedy, right? ;)
I woke up and was hankering for some stovetop oats:
-1/2 cup multigrain oats
-1/2 scoop chocolate protein
-1 BABY banana
-1 crumbled macaroon
-tbs AB

When I say baby banana, I really mean baby banana-
CHAQUITA MINIS!

I put the cebolla in there for size comparison :)
I did the advanced Body Slimming Winsor Pilates DVD and followed it with 3 sets of 12 stair single-leg calf raises, Bridges (holding for 45 seconds 3 times), and lateral lunges (3 sets of 12 on each side)
Once again, I got a sweet home toning workout!
To be honest I've been avoiding the non-base gym I'm a member of. One of the trainers who works there decided to go beastly on me and chew me out last time I was there-- IN FRONT OF HER CLIENT NONETHELESS! Haha and my response was that she should act professional in front of her clients. I have no clue what her deal is --the hubby things she's intimated since I'm also a trainer-- so I'm just staying away for now. She's moving and will be long gone by the time I get back from AZ. Hence the home toning workouts until next week....
Whatever, I'm loving the Pilates :D
I met Jeni and two other wives for lunch. Lunch was fun, but the food was nasty!!! I ordered the prawns with vegetables but got shrimp and veggies covered in some kind of gravy sauce. I didn't take my camera because I had no intention of eating, but then didn't want to feel weird so I ordered, detested my food, and just picked at it.
I ate this on the way home:

I studied like a maniac all afternoon (I've got a presentation and homework due for finance tomorrow), then had some raw chips (frozen corn, yellow bell pepper, jalapenos, cumin, lime juice, flax and sea salt-- dehydrated overnight)

When I went to make the salsa, I saw that jalapenos have PRESERVATIVES, coloring and weird chemicals in them!!!
BAH. I'll probably end up eating them anyway, as I don't think Wizzle would take them back and I feel weird returning something that cost $1 something.

Good thing I had this little guy ready to be eaten-- I went out and picked him from our little herb garden:

For the salsa, I mixed diced tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, cumin, lime juice, and jalapeno in the food processor. It was glorious and a perfect study snack!
I took this guy to teach spin and Zumba-- ate 1/3 before, 1/3 in between classes and the last 1/3 afterwards:

Both classes were great --in spin class ALL of the bikes were taken! whoo hoo!-- and I burned the standard 900+ cals.
When I got home, I really wanted a salad so I made one with baby greens, sundried tomatoes, yellow bell pepper and TJ's goddess dressing:

I had my favorite butternut squash fries with Annies ketchup:

I was dainty tonight and only ate half a squash instead of the whole one like I usually do :D
I'm off to work on my presentation-- any advice?? Yes I teach aerobics, and taught dance for 5 years, but for some reason I still get nervous for presentations. Are you the same way?? What do you do to keep the voice-shakes away??
