RockefellerCenter’s Sports Club/LA is creating a stir with their Zumba dance class. Zumba combines several Latin dance movements â€“ borrowing from salsa, merengue, kumbia, hip-hop, cha-cha and even some swing â€“ to get a cardio dance workout. Nancy, you are so right, Zumba is a great calorie burning workout as well as one that lets you move to the Latin rhythms. Since Zumba is a licensed program, all Zumba instructors have received company training on how to break down the steps so even the 'two left footed' person can have fun and workout.
