Zits Make Exercise The Pits

Posted Nov 29 2008 12:26pm
A new study just broke out stating that people who suffer from acne are less likely to exercise or excel with sports.

This research comes from Bath University (really I can't make this kinda stuff up) and concludes that those with acne tend to avoid exercise and sport out of shyness or anxiety about their skin.

Duh! When I have a pubescent flashback from my oily awkward stage, I'm not leaving the house.I currently have a gi - normous blemish on my face and let me tell ya, the gym is no place to be - bright lights, mirrors, and the opposite sex. Even if you are more cosmetologically (made that word up) inclined, most concealers and cover-ups will come off when you sweat. The increased blood flow to the skin during exercise also makes your pimple shine brighter than Rudolph's nose - like a light bulb!I feel their pain...

Here Are Two Possible Solutions:

1. Home Workout DVD
