Your Summer Shape-Up Plan Is Just A Start

Your summer shape-up plan should just be the start of making fitness a way of life. Your health should be your primary focus. The way you will look because of exercise is a fringe benefit. If you have started a 12 week fitness program then turn that into 12 months, 12 years etc. In other words, don't stop exercising!
