Your Fitness Checkup, Part 4

Posted Sep 22 2008 10:04am
Let's see here:

medical checkup - check!
permanent fitness commitment - check!
fitness and nutrition assessment - check!

What else is left? Oh yeah, you need an exercise program! I get questions from people on a daily basis about this exercise or that exercise, etc. That tells me that you can't just go to the gym and "haphazard" your way to fitness success! Becoming fit is not "rocket science" but its much more than "gym science." Actually, a good fitness plan is based on basic science, research and evidence. A good fitness plan is also unique for every person. Two people following the same program will get different results because of individual differences.

Don't underestimate the value of a personal trainer! Besides helping you visualize your fitness and health goals, a personal trainer will give you expert guidance and feedback. A personal trainer will also be your accountability partner!

Get started today! Remember, invest in yourself! You don't have to wait until January 2009! You could be well on your way to fitness success by then!

Scheduling a fitness and nutrition assessment with a personal trainer will get you started in the right direction.Call or email me to schedule yours today! It will only cost you your time!
