You Need An Exercise Accountability Partner

Like many things in life, we do better if someone holds us accountable to our stated objectives. It's no different when it comes to exercise. Do you have exercise goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, heart health or fat loss? Who is holding you accountable? Here are some suggestions for good accountability partners: a friend, spouse, co-worker, workout partner---and personal trainer! Find someone to help you reach your exercise goals.
