So I’m a wuss. I was going to try to get out this morning to go run outside, but I didn’t set an alarm. My thinking was that if I was supposed to get up and run early I would naturally wake up early but if I slept straight through that meant I needed the rest. I also don’t like to leave the fam. Granted, my hubby has been home for the past 3.5 days and is still off today and tomorrow so we’ve had plenty of family time. We like to be together though and so I have a hard time leaving. Well, I got up at 6:30, so I am guessing I wasn’t supposed to get out this morning!
I will, however run my long 8 on the treadmill tomorrow morning, do an east 2 and a total body weight circuit on Tuesday, do a speed run on Wednesday, do an easy 2 and lower body on Thursday, upper body only on Friday (I’ll make it good!) and than do 9 on Saturday on the treadmill again. Since I’ve had pretty much the past 4 days off from traditional exercise (we’ve done a lot of stuff though!) I am hoping that my body will hold out.
