I play Woman's Rugby for my school, and often after practice I feel dull pain in my wrists and ankles. It isn't severe but its consistant enough for me to wonder. It isn't a sprain, as its in all my wrist/ankle joints and there are no signs of physical trauma. I'm wondering whats up. Is it simply due to exercise my body isn't used to or should I have it checked out?
