No, it's not Lance's new safe sex campaign...

It's Lance's new nutritional practice exposed!

Over the past few months I have made a conscience effort to substitute bread with eating wraps and its been a great decision. So great that I wanted to tell ya about it.

I have been buying and lovingLa Tortilla FactoryTortillas...



What is most impressive is how the nutritional facts compare to your standard two pieces of average whole wheat bread.

1 Large Low Carb High Fiber Tortilla:
  • Calories - 80
  • Total Fat - 3g (zero from saturated or trans)
