So I don't really have time to go to the gym because its so far, so I have started working out at home. My only problem is that there arn't many bodyweight workouts to do.
Here is my list of bodyweight workouts - workouts without weights. I will try to make it bigger, but thats all I have for now :(
Oh also I am having fun sending anonymous emails and messing around with my friends haha
