Workouts,Basketball,Book A couple of things are going on with me today. For one, I just went into the gym and had a sick arm workout. I used multi-grip pathway training and my arms are killing me 135 on the straight bar for 3 sets of 4 reps today as well. I had to get to the gym, I've been doing a ton of writing these past few weeks and I just need an outlet, big games tonight or no game. By the way, we lost last night. Tonight's the semi-finals and finals of league number 2 and we're still undefeated. Now onto my book. I'm really at a stand still. I'm talking to my mentor, Craig Ballantyne, today on the phone about it but I'm not sure which direction to take. So you guys can help out.
