'WORKOUT - ONE ON ONE TRAINING WITH JACKIE'

Netflix is a great thing! I've been Netflixing different workout videos and this week was 'Workout'. I love the TV show and loved this workout video. True there's not much cardio to it. If I did the entire thing back to back I would probably only burn 300 calories at most in an hour. But I would surely get a full body workout. It's obvious that Jackie has never made a workout video before but it's also obvious that she's a fantastic trainer. It doesn't have the best flow. BUT the exercises she has you do are not your normal exercises. Her ab workout is a killer! She does cardio with each exercise and the cardio works the body part you're on. So in other words there's cardio that works your abs in the abs section. It's great and very effective.



There are trainers in the video with her doing these exercises. Jackie is always telling you how to modify it depending on your level or even if you're a man. The only props that are needed are weights and a mat.



I wouldn't mind taking part of these workouts or exercises with me to the gym or to my other workouts. I think writing them down on a piece of paper would be a great way to incorporate them into my every day workouts.



I think if I paired this video with some more cardio exercises I would have a great 1 hour 15 minute workout and probably would burn a good 400 calories. Anyone else out there given it a try?
