At some time or another, almost everyone has dealt with emotional eating. Whether it’s eating out of sadness, boredom, loneliness or even happiness, we eat for a variety of reasons—and many times it’s not because we’re actually that hungry. This week’s weight-loss challenge meeting really got into the reasons why we eat for reasons beyond just being hungry. Everyone opened up and shared their experiences with overeating and even shared tips about how they’ve coped at home over the course of the last five weeks. And, as usual, the ladies did it with humor and fun.
