WIAW: Healthy Snacking Giveaway Continued with Brad’s Raw Foods Giveaway

Welcome to another week of WIAW.  It’s April and I’m continuing on with another Healthy Snacking giveaway! Thanks to Jenn for hosting!

What I Ate Wednesday

We woke up a little late this morning!  Typically our alarm is the beeps on the coffee machine around 5:10 to wake us but nope, we missed that one and were both up just before 6:00.  The Hubs was a bit scattered but I managed to get in a 30 minute lower body Tabata Bootcamp and then a 20 minute HIIT run on the treadmill!  Needless to say I was famished afterwards!! I enjoyed a grain free pumpkin microwave muffin and my coffee!  Today, I heated up some leftover coconut milk and added a dash of cinnamon!  YUM!  Breakfast was gone in minutes!  I was starving!  I can eat pumpkin year round!  It never gets old to me.

Sara and I ran some errands!  We were shopping at Trader Joe’s and this just made me smile!  Who doesn’t immediately think of spring when they see tulips?

Grabbed an apple on the way to meet a friend for a little bowling!

Yesterday I had made a massive batch of my Chopped veggie quinoa soup for our playdate!  Happy that I will be able to enjoy this the rest of the week!

As I mentioned last week, I got these goodies from the wonderful folks at Brad’s Raw Chips.  The kale chips were gone in DAYS!  Seriously amazing and I am still enjoying the Red Bell Pepper chips!  I am going to be ordering more of their kale chips because they are the best chips I have ever had!

I put dinner in the crock pot when we got home from bowling because Tuesday’s are always a bit busier with gymnastics!  I’ve made Kim’s Southwestern Slow Cooker soup before and it was a hit again.

I also had some cold leftover grilled brussels sprouts because I was craving them!  Does anyone else out there love them like I do?  I eat them all by my lonesome self because no one in my family will touch them!

Only a few more days till my 1/2 marathon!  Getting so excited!  I’m going to run 5 today and then that’s it for running until Saturday!  Have a great day.
