The reasons why I like morning workouts:
1. It wakes me up and prepares me for the day.
2. I feel so much better at work.
3. It helps me to make good choices for my health for the rest of the day.
4. My body has become accustomed to it so when I don't work out in the mornings, it reminds me by becoming stiff and sore. This is great motivation and punishment sometimes.
5. I have the chance of taking fun yoga classes where the teacher is aware of my capabilities and progress.
6. I can measure my progress more efficiently. I try to weigh myself at the same time everyday to eliminate factors contributing to the number on the scale.
7. Its something that I look forward to!
