jesseh,

As fitness professionals, we're not allowed to diagnose you, and even an experienced doctor or clinician would find it impossible to diagnose you based on a vague Internet question.  Is there just weakness in the arm, or tingling as well?  Is there bruising?  Swelling?  Was there an incident in practice that lead up to this?

A myriad number of things could be going on.  You might have slept on your arm, occluding the blood vessels and temporarily weakening it.  You could have injured it in wrestling practice (with the symptoms showing up long after, when swelling is at its peak).  It could even be signs of damage to your cervical disks or vertebrae (damage to the cervical spine can cause weakness in the extremities due to pressure on spinal nerves).

I'd highly recommend a visit to your doctor or sports medicine specialist to rule out any severe condition.
