Whole Body Cleanse…and the NEW Me!

Posted Aug 05 2008 9:04am

whole body cleanseAfter getting back from my trip a couple weeks ago, I decided it was time to do a total body cleanse. Throughout the years, I have done different types of cleanses or detoxes. “Why?” you might be asking? Well, some times it was because I just felt yucky and chalked it up to poor eating habits and too much processed foods, and other times it was a mental thing.

I have done a2 day fast, which was very hard! Nothing but water and diluted 100% fruit juices for 2 days! There were some times during that fast, that I just couldn’t do it, but didn’t want to waste all my hard work, so I would add a small amount of fresh vegetables at the end of the day. Usually if I do a fast, its for mental reasons. I want to see if I can control my urges, which in turn usually helps me with cravings and such after I have finished my cleanse.

Well, this time I decided to doEnzymatic’s Whole Body Cleanse.I have actually done this one before and had great success with it. It is said to Cleanse, Detoxify and Rejuvenate! Awesome…just what I need! It’s easy to take, just every night, take all the pills and drink the fiber mix and your done! One tip…make sure to take them early enough in the evening so you are not up going to the bathroom all night from drinking so much water! ( I learned that real quick!). The first couple days were tough….but not as tough as I remember. They say to take it easy on workouts and make sure to get enough sleep. I was EXTREMELY tired for about 3-4 days in the beginning, but now I feel great! I also remember a LOT more cramping the last time I did this, so I am guessing that means that I am taking better care of myself and my body is not all full of ….well crap!
