while doing crunches and reverse crunches my testicles are paining intermediately. Why its paining.

Testicles are easily injured because they are not protected by muscle or bone. A sports injury could include ruptured blood vessels, trauma or tearing of the testicle.

Stop with the crunches and reverse crunches for awhile to see if that helps. Make sure you are wearing a jock type support.

Pain is serious and may be sign of a underlying problem you need to address by a doctor to exam and run tests on your testicles if needed.
