Sorry for the lack of updates but I've been crazy busy. You guys can get hour by hour updates of what's going on, what I'm eating, what my training is like and other useful pieces of info by using this free service called twitter and "following" me there.
1) I've been involved with numerous writing projects including a update to The Physique Formula. This has taken up the majority of my time but should be finishing up today.
2) I'm going to try something with jimmysmithtraining.com that hasn't been done before in the fitness industry (at least to my knowledge) so that requires me to devote the next few days to taking care of business.
That means big things for you. If things go according to plan I should have at least 50 pages of new and exclusive content up by the end of the long weekend.
