When i work out for 45 minutes, why do i feel light headed?

 I do a 45 minute workout, 3 miles on treadmill, and workout on 3 different machines.

My guess is that you're going too far and/or too fast. Try cutting your distance in half and going slower.  If you still feel lightheaded, cut your distance in half again, and so on, until you feel fine during and after your workout. Then use the 10% rule and heavy/light to increase your distance and speed. This page explains about the 10% rule and heavy/light.
