My problem is that exercising after having breakfast is not recomendable, however my problem is that I don't feel enough energy without it. Besides, my problem is to gain weigh rather than lose it, therefore I need to eat more if I want to excercise. I need to eat right after excercising as well to gain muscles, so I have it understood. My question is, what to eat before and after excercising, even if it's not in the morning but if I exercise in the afternoon?, what would you recomend, if you know about this issue? .Thank you in advance.
