What's a good exercise to help slim my arms?
Posted by
TrinaG1492
I have arms that are in shape (not flabby) But I really want to slim them down a bit- I guess I'm sorta of built like a swimmer, as they say, in this respect. I have tried muscle curls and lifting light weights. Should I contiunue with that?
