About training.

Lets make fun of the guys today.

1) Do more leg work.. period. Women love to squat and do lower body work while men typically "just happen" to skip their leg or lower body days. Not only can consistent leg work add at least 10 pounds of lean muscle onto your frame in a matter of weeks but leg work also accelerates upper body growth. That has everything to do with your body trying to maintain some form of structure and balance, do you really think you can build 20 inch arms while having chicken legs?

2) You have to stretch. Why is it always women that hit the stretch mats and tables at the end of their workout. Flexibility and mobility work keeps you healthy and allows you to train more efficently period.

3) The treadmill makes you lose fat. Guys either think in one of two ways when it comes to dropping bodyfat

A) Cardio burns fat and weights build muscle-Wrong
B) I don't need cardio, I can just train harder-Wrong

At some point you'll need to burn more calories regardless of how many times you bench press or how many full body training sessions you do.


4) Sweat. You're suppose to sweat after a grueling training session. Women are covered and men barely break it. Why?
