Someone said "if you fail to plan, then plan to fail." This saying is true with anything you do. And, in the case that you do make it there, you might not know how or why you made it!



When it comes to fitness, you need a plan! People will ask me questions all the time. A common question that I get is, "How do I lose this weight or fat on my.......?" I can hear the frustration in the person's question. My answer is always the same although I might say it differently each time---YOU DON'T HAVE A FITNESS PLAN TO GET YOU THERE!
