I've heard so many great things about these classes, and my new gym has a class for it. I'm hoping to give it a try soon when my schedule allows. My friend gave this class a try, and he said it was a pretty hard workout-but he also admitted to setting his bike to a pretty high resistance. I think it's best for anyone wanting to try this to take it easy at first, using only as much resistance as they can handle. Strength and endurance in the exercise will eventually increase.
