It is a form of exercise that uses a stationary bike. It has a series of cyclical movements that give a good mind-body workout. Here are a few reasons why you should try indoor cycling.

It is a good way to lose weight. According to a study, if you do this for forty minutes, you burn approximately 500 calories.

It is a good cardiovascular exercise.

It improves muscle tone as it works different muscle groups such as the calf muscles, hip muscles and abdominal muscles.

You can do it throughout the year.

I've heard so many great things about these classes, and my new gym has a class for it. I'm hoping to give it a try soon when my schedule allows. My friend gave this class a try, and he said it was a pretty hard workout-but he also admitted to setting his bike to a pretty high resistance. I think it's best for anyone wanting to try this to take it easy at first, using only as much resistance as they can handle. Strength and endurance in the exercise will eventually increase.
