No, the thing that made me finally seek medical attention for my exercise addiction was... To read the rest of my essay follow the jump to my guest post today on Ashley's blog Nourishing the Soul . (And enter to win a free copy of my book!) Also, Jelly Bean is having surgery today to remove a small benign tumor from her head. While she's had it since birth we need to get it removed since, according to Dr. No Bedside Manner, "it will continue to erode her skull until spinal fluid leaks out her nose." Yes, we've spent the last month screaming "Is that snot or spinal fluid?!" every time she sneezes. The doctor did not tell me what spinal fluid looks like so it's been a strange month. (Any prayers/well wishes on her behalf are much appreciated!)
