when i jog, or do exercise...i get pain in my lower stomach. if im jogging...i cannot continue. If i am doing exercise, it hurts a lot but i push myself. It was like this when i was younger and had to run in gym class. I really wanna get active but it's hard with this problem.
I'm only 24 but i'd like to get active. Someone said their child had an issue like this and their soccer coach told them it's just bcuz they r dehydrated. I drink bottle of water before i start and 2-3 by the time im finished. Any idea on what could do this?
