What Do you think ? Regular Exercise Good or Bad for health?

Number of people complain that daily exercise should be avoid because it reduce your energy and couse of pain. What you think?

I think regular exercise is good for health but exercise should be done in a routine way.
Thanks for sharing your thought. You are absolutly correct there is no any harm of regular exersise but should be done in routine way along with healthy diet.
Daily exercise is always good for our health, daily Walking is good exercise for us. Exercise increases the size of the protein particles that carry cholesterol through the blood. Regular exercise is also important for women's fertility, but it needs to be low-impact, moderate and done on a consistent basis.
