Last week was an off week for me. My husband and I travelled to Disneyland for some much needed R&R with my family. I brought my Stepping Out with Stanford Pedometer and wore it daily. We managed to get 17K steps on Tues and then 19K on Wed and Thursday! Not necessarly good cardio walking but it's hard not to run up the step numbers there.
I'm really looking forward to getting back on track with my walking and strength training this week. I missed another Pilates class so tomorrow, I'll either be really hurting or right on track.
