Week 3 of Pilates

No THANKS to traffic on Sand Hill Rd, this would have been Week 4 but didn't make it to class last week...so here I am...posting a week later.

Pilates was fantastic...I'm starting to know the exercises by name and conquered a mini challenge. I was able to sit up from lying back on my mat last night. I was astounded because I did it 3 times. I'm not sure how good my 'form' was...tummy sucked in, keep breathing, etc...but it was monumental. I struggled for years including during the Circuit Training class I took at Arrillaga last spring.

I'm tempted to attend another one of her classes...
