I've been forgetting to clip on my pedometer. I found that when i do wear it consistently I average 7,000 - 10,000 steps per day. Parking further away from the office is working out well (the public transit method of commuting took nearly 4 hours per day - not at all efficient and frankly, fatiguing). I walk 15 - 20 to and from the car, so if I add a walk in the middle of the day I feel that I've actually gotten a decent amount of exercize. Now I need to find some better walking shoes.
