Walking: don't give it short shrift as a fitness option

A lot of people discount plain old walking as a worthwhile fitness option. But Web MD points out that regular walking, even at a leisurely pace, has great value. For example, it apparently cuts rather dramatically the risk of strokes. Personally, I like a brisk pace. But casual walking is nothing to sneer at. See below . . .
