Last night for dinner I finally had my sweet potato fries and a delicious Boca burger topped with avocado dressing (the hub's special recipe) and a schmear of garlic and kalamata olive hummus. It was so good and was such a delicious treat!

This morning the alarm went off at 6:30 and I was just not able to get up and out of bed! It's just been too crazy of a week so I slept until about ten when I got up and dragged my sorry butt to NIFS to do my six miles on the treadmill and in the air conditioning! It was a good hard run that felt really good after slacking on my half-marathon training. When I back to the house the hubs had made me whole wheat waffles topped with strawberries and sugar free maple syrup. To quickly recover I also had an O.N.E. Coconut water.

Now we're off to a friend's house to watch all-grain homebrewing a few batches of beer!
