Vegetable Juice Recipe

It’s time. The sun has started shining warmly here and the signs of summer have arrived along with the return of the swallows, that are busy building their nests in anticipation of young in a few weeks.

Outdoor activities and long walks in the sun are just around the corner. Heavy-duty cranes with sail boats dangling from long ropes are being placed back into the water and returning to their moorings in the harbour. The smell of new paint and people busy in their gardens is a sure sign that it’s time.

It’s time to do some inner spring cleaning and this recipe for vegetable juice from Diet Recipe Blog is just the trick to wash away all the waste from the winter months.

Spring Cleanse Vegetable Juice recipe - 149 calories

Ingredients:
4 carrots, greens discarded
1/2 cucumber
2 stalks celery
1 garlic clove
1/2 cup parsley

Preparation:
1. Wash all the ingredients and put in a juicer or food processor.
