Stretching Exercises at Your Desk: 12 Simple Tips

Many people with desk jobs find that they are becoming slumped over and the muscles between your shoulders, at the base of your neck, are becoming tight. For those of you who have a desk job this is a great article to keep you loosened up and reduce stress.

Read the article, at the very end, the last paragraph, I would amend it to say, go get " Crunched for Lunch," with the Lunch Crunch program!
