Tuesday’s Tasty Recipe

tortilla pizza I LOVE making different varieties of tortilla pizzas. They are light and easy to make! (And low carb, which I LOVE).

Here is my latest version of tortilla pizza:

*1 whole wheat tortilla

*2 TBSP hummus

*.5 cup broccoli

*2 pieces of turkey bacon

*.5 cup cut up turkey breast

*.25 cup cheddar cheese

I make a whole tortilla so that I have leftovers for the next day. The hummus I use as a sauce right on top of the tortilla, then I add the turkey breast, broccoli, turkey bacon and sprinkle cheese on top!

Cook in oven at 400 degrees for about 5-8 minutes..just long enough for the cheese to melt! These are so versatile I absolutely LOVE them!
