I don’t know if anyone watches True Blood, but Rutina Wesley plays Tara Thorton on the show and rocks some holy guns. Per my usual celebrity body obsessed self, I had to know how she got those.
In an interview with Fitness Magazine , Rutina said that her workouts involve a mix of cardio and strenght training three times per week. Coming from a background in dance, she also squeezes in time for yoga. The best part of her routine? Her arm workout is not only achievable, but you can do it at home!!
What she does: 30-20-10 Push up circuit
How she does it: Rutina Told Fitness Magazine “About every other day, I do a special 30-20-10 push-up circuit: 30 push-ups and 30 tricep dips, then 20 of each, then 10 of each.”
I’m going to try it this week. It seems intense but I love the end result!!
