I was having a hard time getting up early enough to work out. (4 AM.) Now I am going to the Tressider gym after work and it is much better. I sleep in, the trafficis better on my way home and the gym is practically empty at 6:30 PM. I hope I can keep it up. I had slacked off and now I have to get back to where I was in August. I am going to look for a fun 6:30 Pm class next quarter.
